Host institutions:

• Institutions interested in hosting international faculty/academic staff through this program must be members in good standing of CONAHEC. For further information about whether or not your institution is a member or about how to join, please visit: http://www.conahec.org
• An authorized representative (designated primary contact) of the participating institution should describe the mobility opportunity by completing this form (only visible to designated primary contacts)
• In general, the appropriate representative of the host institution agrees to assist the international faculty/academic staff member who will visit their institution as part of this program with the process involved in acquiring his/her visa
